Not a Slow Food Mother City event, but one we feel fits the bill, and in which you may be interested! Saltare is a boutique winery in Stellenbosch which creates wines using biodynamic principles. They are also pledged to keeping the production of their wines carbon neutral. The Saltare Food & Wine Pairing will take place on Saturday March the 6th at the Oude Libertas Stellenbosch Fresh Goods Market.
